our 1/2 pigs are $ 8.95 lb. Based on standard cut and smoke rates on finished product.

* Some pork products that we offer for the farmers markets are not always offered in our standard cut and smoke.


Not all Pigs are created equally: The actual live weight to yield varies from breed to breed and is dependent to fat to muscle and finish to order.

A 250lb pig will yield 149 lbs of Retail cuts
