We are located in the Alhambra Valley/Briones Valley Agricultural Preserve. Our cattle are Angus and Angus Hereford crosses. We are proud that our cattle are 100% grass-fed and are raised in an open stress free environment. We do not use antibiotics or growth hormones or grain to enhance our cattle . We are truly slow food.
